This is one of the activities for the Southern United States and is supervised under the Auspice of both His Eminence, His Grace, and Father through the below clergy and director.

The Committee Director and assistants are responsible, under the supervision of the Clergy auspice, for overseeing all aspects of the basketball tournament. Including the organization and administration. This involves setting rules and regulations, coordinating schedules, managing registration and participate communication, securing venues, arranging officiating, handling logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of all tournament rules and activities.

3 - General
A. All rules are discussed and approved by the Directors each year. The rules are subject to change at any time, as it may relate to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, the updated rules will be made public and/or will be available on site at the tournament.
B. Tampering with league property (such as computers, equipment, t-shirts, trophies, etc.) is not allowed and will result in consequences determined by the committee (i.e. suspension from daily activities or removal from facility).
C. On the premises of any game, tournament directors are granted permission to make any necessary modifications to the organization, set-up, or operation of any game event for the purpose of ensuring fair play and good sportsmanship.
D. Tournament directors have the authority to terminate any game that results in escalating tempers, unnecessary confrontation, taunting or any “Non-Christian” behavior.
